Choose the massage that fits the experience you want. Swedish massage generally uses gentle-to-medium pressure with long, flowing strokes. Deep tissue massage uses firmer, more focused pressure for areas that feel tight or overworked. Foot massage focuses on tired feet and is available in 30- and 60-minute sessions. Before your massage begins, tell us your preferred pressure and any areas you would like us to focus on. You should also mention any areas you would like us to avoid. Clear communication at the beginning helps make the session feel more comfortable and personal.
